The Key Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important customers. Assigned to three to five named customers, the Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The Key Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. The Key Account Manager reports to the Director, Client Relationship Management
The focus of this role will be on day-to-day operations of the newly formed Business Consultancy Unit. The successful Candidate will help execute our Business Services Consultancy strategy. They will be responsible for new business, planning methodologies, leadership and stakeholder collaboration processes. They will serve as advisor and thought leader, providing support to diverse businesses. They will identify business advisory opportunities and prospects and follow up on them to generate business. Their main target is to meet business consulting goals as set by the management and to foster meaningful relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
The Training Business Team leads contribute highly to the organization by building training business. He/She is responsible for leading the design and development of the training business including, but not limited to developing and implementing training plans, coordinating training services and maintaining related process documentation for the training business (curriculum design, development of materials and courses for classroom-based trainings, e-learning, and eventually mobile training) for Serve Consulting.
They will identify training business opportunities and prospects and follow up on them to generate business. Their main target is to meet training sales goals set by the management and to foster meaningful relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
