Oceanic Bank International Plc

Oceanic Bank is one of Nigeria’s leading commercial banks with business offices located in several parts of the country providing comprehensive banking services. Serve Consulting implemented SAP’s industry leading ERP solution to power and integrate Oceanic Bank’s back-end operations spanning Financials and Controlling; Procurement and Inventory Management; Plant Maintenance; Human Capital Management and Payroll. Serve Consulting also successfully interfaced the SAP solution with the internal banking application. Competence center and end-user trainings were delivered, with on-going support being provided by Serve Consulting.

Nigerian-German Chemicals Plc

NGC is one of Nigeria's premier manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceutical, consumer products and oil & gas field chemicals. The company took a decision to implement SAP Best Practices Preconfigured Solution for Pharmaceuticals to improve its quality of operations, effective service delivery in line with global best practices and, overall, raise the bottom line.

Shell Nigeria (SNEPCO):

In SNEPCO, Serve Consulting delivered support services and end-user training for SAP Plant Maintenance functionality to effectively manage and optimize fields’ operations.

Alcatel-Lucent Nigeria:

The SAP Business One Implementation Project which Serve Consulting carried out in Alcatel-Lucent was part of a global roll out strategy designed to better optimize business processes such as sales, procurement, and an integrated contract and project management system with real time financial reporting.

Onward Paper Mills Ltd

The SAP Business One implementation project was designed and delivered by Serve Consulting to Onward Paper Mills Ltd to replace various legacy systems with an integrated business solution to support decision-making, improve profitability and customer services.

 

 

Nigerian Breweries Plc:

Serve Consulting delivered end-user training for SAP Asset Management in NB Plc.

 

 

British American Tobacco Nigeria (BATN)

When BATN identified the need to train some of its Finance users in SAP, they invited Serve Consulting to provide the training. This initial training was aimed at providing users with the skills to utilize SAP’s strong reporting functionality. BATN intends to extend SAP training to other users in its Finance & Accounting functions. The improved use of SAP will help BATN reduce the time spent on their month end reporting activities.

Total Nigeria Plc

Total Nigeria Plc’s project UNISUP (Unified Information System for Upstream) was the TOTAL group’s roll out of SAP to its upstream affiliate. The UNISUP Africa project involved four African affiliate-Nigeria, Angola, Congo & Gabon. The project included rollout of relevant functionality in Finance & Controlling, Material Management, Sales & Distribution, Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Joint venture Accounting, Production Sharing Contract and Business Information warehouse. Our consultants formed the core of the consultant during the implementation phase of the project. Since go-live in April 2004, Serve Consulting has been providing post go-live support.

Debt Management Office, Nigeria:

Serve Consulting delivered SAP Human Resources component to drive and manage DMO Nigeria’s human capital operations.


SAP Nigeria

Serve Consulting has supplied SAP Nigeria with trainers for its Controlling and Material Management Academies. Our trainers have distinguished themselves by posting a 100% pass rate at all the Academies handled by them.
